1. About NOVENDON and these terms NOVENDON is operated by Roman Balychev, a sole proprietor in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Contact: hello.novendon@gmail.com (mailto:hello.novendon@gmail.com). These terms explain how you may use our website and what applies when you buy our workbook or agree to bookkeeping services. Your purchase includes the product description, price, delivery details, and terms presented when you order. A service engagement also includes the written scope you accept. Browsing the website or sending an inquiry does not commit you to a purchase. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow you to waive. Consumer protections apply where the transaction falls within their legal scope; a business purchase does not automatically qualify as a consumer transaction. 2. The self-guided workbook Business Finance Manager PRO v2.0 costs CA$39, paid once, plus applicable taxes disclosed before payment. It includes a Google Sheets workbook, step-by-step instructions, AI prompts, and guidance for using ChatGPT. This is a digital product; no physical item is shipped and no shipping fee applies. You work through the materials yourself. Setup calls, personalized bookkeeping support, custom workbook changes, tax advice, and ongoing bookkeeping are not included. We can help with problems accessing the purchased materials. The purchase is not a subscription and does not automatically renew. Future products, major upgrades, and indefinite portal hosting are not promised as part of this purchase. 3. Technical requirements and separate costs You need an internet connection, a current web browser, and a Google account that can create and edit a Google Sheets copy. A desktop or laptop is recommended for workbook setup and reviewing imported records. The workbook is designed for Google Sheets; compatibility with Excel or other spreadsheet software is not promised. Using the AI workflow requires your own ChatGPT account with the features and usage capacity needed for your documents. Google, OpenAI, and other providers may charge separately for their services. Those subscriptions are not included in the workbook price, and their features and limits can change. Ask us before buying if you are unsure whether your setup is suitable. 4. Payment and digital delivery Payment is processed through Stripe. Review the product, currency, taxes, total, and email address before confirming payment. No additional NOVENDON service is included unless you separately agree to it. The price is due in full at checkout. If you choose a separate payment-provider instalment option, review that provider’s payment schedule, charges, and agreement before accepting it. After successful payment, the delivery system sends an access email to the email address used at checkout. It links to our Notion customer portal, where you can find the workbook and instructions for creating your own Google Sheets copy. Your order is accepted when Stripe confirms successful payment. Delivery is electronic to that email address, normally immediately and no later than 24 hours after payment confirmation. This email includes your order details and a copy of the applicable terms. Check your spam folder and contact us if access has not arrived or a link does not work. Your copied workbook is stored in your own Google account. Keep your access email, order confirmation, and a backup of your workbook. Purchasing does not automatically give NOVENDON access to your copy. 5. Workbook licence Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive licence to use and adapt the workbook and supplied instructions for your own records or the internal records of one business you own or represent. You may make working and backup copies for that use and share your completed records with your accountant or advisers for work on those records. You may not resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, or share the blank template, prompts, or portal access as a product for others. Using the template to deliver paid services to other businesses requires our written permission. Your financial records remain yours; NOVENDON retains its rights in the template, instructions, prompts, and branding. Rights granted by law remain unaffected. 6. Cancellations, refunds, and access problems Digital workbook: We do not offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges after working access to the purchased materials has been supplied. This policy does not apply to statutory cancellation rights, duplicate charges, failure to deliver, or a product that does not match its description. Contact us about missing, incorrect, or unusable materials so we can investigate and provide an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund. You do not have to accept a repair instead of a refund when the law entitles you to a refund. Bookkeeping services: The written agreement will state the cancellation terms before you accept it. Unless that agreement gives you better rights, you may cancel remaining work by email. Outside statutory cancellations, you pay for work already completed at the agreed rates and any expressly authorized, non-recoverable costs; we refund the unused balance of any advance payment. If we end an engagement, we provide the records prepared for you and settle unused payments on the same basis. Statutory refund rights take priority. How to contact us: Email hello.novendon@gmail.com (mailto:hello.novendon@gmail.com) with your order reference or enough information to identify the purchase and explain that you want to cancel or report a problem, including the reason for a statutory cancellation. Keep a copy. No special form is required, and you may use another notice method permitted by law. Do not include card numbers or financial documents. Where BC distance-sales protections apply, missing or inconsistent required information can create cancellation rights; failure to provide a contract copy within 15 days or late supply can also create rights. Applicable deadlines and additional rights depend on the contract. For a valid statutory cancellation of our digital workbook, we refund all amounts paid within 15 days of your cancellation notice, without deducting processing fees. No physical return is required. Any request to stop using the template does not delay or condition a statutory refund; you may keep your own financial records. See Consumer Protection BC’s online-purchase guidance (https://www.consumerprotectionbc.ca/consumer-help/problem-with-an-online-purchase/). 7. Bookkeeping for an Agreed Period Bookkeeping for an Agreed Period (called Full-Year Bookkeeping in the original purchase terms) is a separate service priced by custom quote. It covers organizing records for an agreed year or period; it does not itself mean twelve months of unlimited ongoing support. Before work starts, we agree in writing on the period covered, records and volume included, deliverables, exclusions, price and taxes, payment schedule, start and completion arrangements, client responsibilities, cancellation terms, and document-handling arrangements. Extra work requires agreement on its scope and price. Sending an inquiry does not start a paid engagement. There is no automatic renewal under these terms. 8. Bookkeeping scope and your review NOVENDON supports financial-record organization, including agreed categorization, receipt matching, and summaries for your review or accountant. NOVENDON is not a CPA firm and does not provide legal or tax advice, file tax returns or government reports, provide audit or assurance services, or represent you before the CRA. Provide accurate, complete records and answer questions needed to resolve unclear entries. Review classifications, amounts, and summaries before relying on them. Keep original supporting documents and backups, meet your filing and payment deadlines, and obtain qualified advice for tax decisions. We remain responsible for carrying out the work we agree to perform; your review does not excuse our failure to do so. Neither the workbook nor our services guarantee a deduction, input tax credit, refund, tax saving, or CRA outcome. 9. AI processing and privacy AI can omit information, misread documents, and suggest incorrect classifications. Check AI-generated output against source records before importing or using it. For the self-guided product, you choose which records to submit through your own ChatGPT account. For bookkeeping services, originals remain in your Google Drive, and we obtain your express agreement before uploading authorized documents or extracts to ChatGPT. Website use, payment, or an inquiry alone does not authorize that processing. AI processing creates copies outside your Drive and may take place outside Canada. Our Privacy Policy (https://novendon.ca/privacy) explains access, third-party processing, retention, and your choices. Service arrangements must establish permissions and the handling of working copies before records are processed. Do not share passwords, Social Insurance Numbers, or unrelated personal information. 10. Third-party tools and website use Google Sheets, ChatGPT, Notion, and Stripe are separate providers with their own terms and availability. NOVENDON is not endorsed by those providers. If a provider change prevents access to something you purchased, contact us so we can address delivery or another remedy; third-party involvement does not remove our obligations to you. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit unlawful content, or use someone else’s payment details or records without authority. Website content and branding may not be reproduced commercially without permission, except as permitted by law. 11. Responsibility and resolving concerns We aim to keep the website and materials accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every automated result is correct. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of responsibility for our work or limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited. You may contact us to resolve a concern, but doing so is not a condition of pursuing a legal remedy. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class proceedings, restrict lawful reviews, or prevent complaints to regulators or claims before a competent court or tribunal. 12. Governing law and updates British Columbia law and applicable Canadian federal law govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections available under other applicable law. We may update this page for future purchases and website use. The terms supplied with your purchase continue to apply to that purchase; posting an update does not retroactively change an existing order or reduce your purchased rights. Changes to an existing service agreement require agreement or another lawful basis. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law.
