NOVENDON — TERMS OF USE Version 2026-10-15.1 Updated October 15, 2026 1. About NOVENDON and these terms NOVENDON is operated by Roman Balychev, a sole proprietor in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Contact: hello.novendon@gmail.com . These terms apply to new prepaid bookkeeping engagements accepted on or after October 15, 2026. Your written scope, package description, price including applicable taxes, payment arrangements, delivery schedule, and the terms supplied before payment form your service agreement. Browsing this website or sending an inquiry does not commit you to a purchase. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow you to waive. Consumer protections apply where the transaction falls within their legal scope; a business purchase does not automatically qualify as a consumer transaction. 2. The 500-transaction package One package provides an allowance of 500 transactions for CA$250 plus applicable taxes . The applicable taxes and final total are disclosed before payment. This is a prepaid service for the agreed Uber and Lyft activity of one self-employed driver in British Columbia. It is not a monthly subscription, has no automatic renewal, and does not promise a full year of work or unlimited support. Before payment, we confirm in writing the period, records and work included, document requirements, deliverables, exclusions, schedule, and document-handling arrangements. The standard service includes processing agreed platform reports and supported expenses, categorization, receipt matching, checks against related bank records, a Google Sheets workbook, summaries, outstanding questions, and an allowance-usage record. 3. How transactions are counted Transactions are service-allowance units, not individual rides, files, PDF pages, or spreadsheet rows. One standard weekly Uber report counts as one transaction; one standard weekly Lyft report counts as one transaction. A report may create several bookkeeping rows without additional allowance use. One separately recorded expense supported by a receipt or other appropriate record counts as one transaction. Its receipt and matching bank entry count together. A related platform payout matched to a weekly report already processed is not counted again. Monthly or annual summaries used only to check activity already processed, duplicate documents, and correction of our own errors use no additional transactions. A separate refund or new adjustment requiring its own entry counts as one transaction. For example, four weekly Uber reports, four weekly Lyft reports, and twenty expenses use 28 transactions. Related payouts and matching receipts are not charged again. Missing or unreadable documents are flagged; amounts and tax details are not invented. An unresolved item is counted when recorded from sufficient information, not merely when a missing document is flagged. Unusual reports, new activity appearing only in monthly or annual reports, unexplained differences, reconstruction of incomplete records, or other non-standard work are scoped and priced by agreement before processing. We do not silently increase the count or charge extra. 4. Carry-forward, additional packages, and usage Unused transactions carry forward between months and years without expiry for your future agreed bookkeeping work. We provide a record of transactions used and remaining with each delivery. Tell us about a disputed count so we can check it against the work and source records. If your balance is insufficient, we pause additional work and ask for your approval. You may purchase another 500 transactions for CA$250 plus applicable taxes, or leave the additional work unprocessed. There is no automatic top-up or per-transaction overage charge. For example, processing 520 transactions requires two packages totalling CA$500 plus applicable taxes and leaves 480 transactions available. Future work and scheduling remain subject to scope confirmation. The allowance is for the client’s agreed business activity and cannot be resold or transferred to another business without our written agreement. 5. Payment, start, and delivery Payment is due before the agreed work begins, using the payment arrangements supplied after scope confirmation. The public inquiry form does not take payment or accept financial documents. Review the scope, currency, taxes, total, service terms, and contact details before paying. You receive a copy of the agreed terms and order details. We arrange access to an agreed Google Drive folder separately. Work starts once payment, required permissions, and the necessary records are received. The start and delivery schedule is confirmed before payment; the package does not promise immediate completion or a fixed turnaround for every volume. If missing documents or unanswered questions affect the schedule, we explain this and agree the next steps. Delivery is electronic through the agreed Google Drive and Google Sheets arrangements. No physical shipping or shipping fee applies. No personal ChatGPT subscription is required from you for us to perform the agreed processing. 6. Cancellation and unused balances You may ask us to pause or stop further work by emailing hello.novendon@gmail.com . We provide the records prepared and confirm your remaining allowance. We do not offer voluntary refunds simply because you have not used some or all of your purchased transactions, no longer need them, or choose to stop submitting records. The unused allowance remains available without expiry for future agreed work. This policy does not limit statutory cancellation or refund rights, remedies for duplicate or incorrect charges, non-delivery, or failure to perform the agreed service. If NOVENDON ends the service or cannot honour the remaining allowance, we return the unused prepaid amount at CA$0.50 per unused transaction, together with the applicable tax adjustment. Where the law requires a different remedy or deadline, that requirement takes priority. Contact us with enough information to identify the order and explain the issue. Do not send card numbers or financial documents. No special cancellation form is required. Applicable rights depend on the transaction; see Consumer Protection BC’s online-purchase guidance . 7. Service boundaries and client responsibilities NOVENDON provides bookkeeping and financial-record organization and is not a CPA firm. Tax advice, tax-return preparation, GST/HST filing, audit and assurance services, and CRA representation are not included. Payroll, corporate bookkeeping, unrelated business activity, and complex reconstruction of incomplete records are outside the standard package and require a separate agreement. Provide accurate, complete records and answer questions about unclear entries. Retain original supporting documents and mileage logs, review delivered classifications, amounts, and summaries, meet filing and payment deadlines, and obtain qualified advice for tax decisions. We remain responsible for performing the work we agree to do; your review does not excuse our failure to do so. GST/HST records and summaries are organized for review by you or your tax professional. We do not guarantee a deduction, input tax credit, refund, tax saving, or CRA outcome. A recorded expense or receipt total is not automatically a deductible amount or an input tax credit; business-use proportions, documentary requirements, and other applicable rules still matter. 8. Your records and workbook use Your financial records remain yours. You may use and back up your completed workbook for your own records and share it with your accountant or advisers working on those records. NOVENDON retains rights in its underlying template, instructions, prompts, and branding. You may not resell, publicly distribute, or sublicense the blank template or use it to deliver services to others without our written permission. Rights granted by law remain unaffected. The agreed workbook is designed for Google Sheets. Compatibility with Excel or other software is not promised. We confirm the sharing arrangements and any account requirements before payment. 9. AI processing and privacy AI can omit information, misread documents, or suggest incorrect classifications. We review processed information against source records as part of the agreed work. We obtain your express agreement before uploading authorized financial documents or extracts to ChatGPT. Website use, payment, or consent to receive a reply alone does not authorize that processing. Originals remain in your Google Drive. AI processing creates copies outside Drive and may take place outside Canada. The Privacy Policy explains access, service providers, retention, deletion, and your choices. Do not provide passwords, Social Insurance Numbers, or unrelated personal information. If you decline AI processing, we explain whether an agreed alternative is available before proceeding. 10. Earlier purchases and agreements The self-guided workbook is no longer offered for purchase through this website. Existing workbook access, licences, delivery obligations, remedies, and previously agreed bookkeeping engagements continue under the terms supplied with those purchases or agreements. These new package terms do not retroactively change an existing order or remove an existing refund right. The earlier October 14, 2026 website terms and September 11, 2026 purchase terms remain available for reference. An existing engagement changes only by agreement or another lawful basis. 11. Website use and resolving concerns Google Drive, Google Sheets, ChatGPT, Stripe, and other providers have their own terms and availability. NOVENDON is not endorsed by them. Third-party involvement does not remove our obligations to you. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, or submit someone else’s records without authority. Contact us if a delivered record is incorrect or the service does not match the agreement so we can investigate and provide an appropriate correction or remedy. Contacting us first is not a condition of pursuing a legal remedy. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class proceedings, restrict lawful reviews, or prevent complaints to regulators or claims before a competent court or tribunal. 12. Governing law and updates British Columbia law and applicable Canadian federal law govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections under other applicable law. Updates apply to future engagements; the terms supplied when you purchased continue to apply to that purchase. Changes to an existing service agreement require agreement or another lawful basis. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues only to the extent permitted by law.
